Mission
The mission of INSAF Project is to advance justice and accountability for communities subjected to state violence, political repression, and human rights abuses through strategic impact litigation, victim-centered legal advocacy, public education, and coordinated media engagement. We represent individuals and communities harmed by abuses of power—by governments, law enforcement, military actors, and private individuals—particularly where traditional institutions have failed to provide meaningful accountability.
Our work centers vulnerable and historically oppressed communities, including Palestinians, Muslims, immigrants, Indigenous peoples, and others targeted by systemic violence, discrimination, and dispossession. We pursue justice proactively, using the law not only as a shield but as an instrument of structural change.
